We would like to inform you that Poczta Polska's online currency exchange service will be closed on November 30, 2020. The reason for this decision is a change in the business profile of BNP Paribas Solutions, the owner of the Rkantor.com brand, with which Poczta Polska had signed an agreement to provide the aforementioned service.
Due to the closure of the online currency exchange office Rkantor.com, scheduled for November 30, 2020, we would like to inform you that registration with Poczta Polska's online currency exchange office has been blocked. Customers with active accounts can freely place transactions until November 30, 2020. After November 30, the website https://www.rkantor.com/lp/kantor-poczty-polskiej/#!/ will be unavailable.
Until November 26, 2020, customers can request cash withdrawals at Euronet ATMs and place their final deferred deposit exchange transaction. Instant orders can be placed freely until November 30 of this year.
In September 2020, every active Rkantor.com customer will receive a service contract termination notice at the email address provided on the Rkantor.com website. The document will also include the deadlines (date and time) for withdrawing funds from the service, conducting deferred deposit exchanges, and instant exchanges at the currency exchange office. After receiving the notice, no action is required from customers.
Customers can also delete their Rkantor.com account at any time by clicking the "Delete account and erase all data" button in the customer panel. You can also request account deletion from the Rkantor.com Customer Service Department (email: bok@rkantor.com , tel. 22 56 38 300).
Important!!!
Before deleting your account, you must withdraw all funds accumulated in it. The deadline for transferring funds is November 30, 2020, at 5:00 PM.
