Report a place for a Polish Post parcel machine
Poczta Polska, in connection with the planned construction of a network of parcel machines, is seeking locations for installing parcel collection and dispatch facilities. To this end, a special form was made available on the Odbiór W Uunkcie website today, allowing cooperatives, housing communities, developers, local governments, and property owners to submit their preferred locations for parcel machines. By the end of 2022, Poczta Polska will have 2,000 machines available, complementing its extensive network of parcel collection points.
Courier, express, and parcel services (CEP), alongside logistics and digitization, are one of the main areas of strategic development chosen by Poczta Polska for 2021-2023. The growing trend of online shopping, closely linked to customer expectations for convenient delivery of ordered goods, sets current logistics standards and accelerates the company's efforts to develop another delivery channel – parcel vending machines.
Poczta Polska SA will thus provide a comprehensive offer, delivering parcels to the address of the largest network of collection points in Poland or to parcel machines, thus systematically increasing its share in the courier market.
Seeking the best solutions for customers, from the perspective of comfort and convenience of receiving parcels, Poczta Polska SA invites cooperatives, housing communities, developers, local governments and property owners who have space to install a parcel machine in housing estates, near developed commercial or residential developments, transport and transfer centers, and shopping malls to cooperate.
All reported places will be analyzed individually, taking into account the key criteria for customer convenience and comfort, as well as the existing infrastructure in the area, i.e.:
- location,
- 24/7 availability,
- convenient driveway for the courier or public parking,
- possibility of connection to the electricity grid,
- minimum 5 m of space with the possibility of expansion.
Formal arrangements with property owners will be made individually, after the location has been qualified for the installation of a parcel machine.
