Changes in the parcel and courier offer

We are pleased to inform you that, effective November 15, 2021, we are implementing changes to Poczta Polska's domestic parcel service portfolio. The entire offering will be simplified and will ultimately consist of only two products: universal parcels and Pocztex courier deliveries. These changes are intended to improve service standards and provide a service more tailored to customer needs.

Due to the above, the "Regulations for the Provision of Pocztex Services in Domestic Trade" are being amended. The updated document can be found here .
