Changes in the product offer: international shipments – M bag, i.e. a collective shipment addressed to one recipient abroad, parcels and letters
Starting January 1, 2025, Poczta Polska is introducing changes to its product offering. These changes apply to three products in international trade: the M bag and postal parcels and letters sent in rolled form. These changes result from decisions adopted during the 4th Extraordinary World Postal Congress and are effective for designated postal operators from January 2025.
From 2025, Poczta Polska will stop providing services:
- M bag (allows you to send more parcels to one recipient abroad),
- confirmation of receipt for postal parcels in foreign trade.
The company is also changing the minimum dimensions of rolled letters sent internationally. As of 2025, they will be 304 mm (length plus twice the diameter), with the largest dimension being no smaller than 210 mm.
The changes have been included in the Regulations on the provision of universal services and the Price List for universal services in domestic and foreign trade.
