Changes in the Supervisory Board and Management Board of Poczta Polska
By decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of August 6, 2020, the composition of the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA is changed. Mr. Krzysztof Falkowski was appointed to this body of the Company.
Furthermore, Mr. Tomasz Janka resigned from his position as Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for Development, effective August 6, 2020.
