Changes in the regulations of courier and parcel services
We would like to inform you that from June 3, 2019, the Regulations of the Pocztex service in domestic trade and the regulations of the provision of the unmoved Pack+ in domestic trade for clients without a concluded written contract are changing.
The newly binding regulations have introduced changes related to the development of a network of postal slot machines, and also standardized the parameters of parceling parcels at the "Receipt at the point" option, i.e.
- The possibility of sending Pocztex parcels on the Motion 24 Series was introduced to Ekstex 24,
- The possibility of sending shipments directed to all pickup points using traditional broadcasting labels has been made available,
- the time of storage of shipments in the postal machine up to two days was shortened;
- The option of choosing an additional service for parcels+ broadcast with the option "Receipt at the point" was disabled.

From June, customers without a written contract will be able to make a courier collection order only via the electronic form available at https://www.pocztex.pl/zamow-kuriera/ or send a courier parcel directly at the selected post office.
In addition, in the case of Pocztex parcel broadcast on the Sławer 24 courier, two attempts to deliver day after day will make two attempts. If the first attempt to deliver turns out to be ineffective, the second on the next business day will be undertaken. If the second attempt to deliver also fails, the parcel will expect to take up in a post office for 7 days from the date of handing over the notification about the possibility of receiving the parcel.
The regulations also include provisions specifying the permissible mass of shipments sent in envelopes (max, the parcel mass will be up to 5 kg).
