Changes to the regulations for courier and parcel services
As of October 1, 2020, the regulations for Paczka+ and Pocztex services, as well as the Pocztex price list, are changing. The new regulations include changes related to the expansion of the Pick-up Point network.
The most important changes concern modifications to the dimensions of parcels sent with the Pick-up at a Point option (the maximum dimensions of parcels sent to parcel machines are 57.5 cm x 46 cm x 37 cm), the introduction of a 5% tolerance for the longest dimension of parcels sent to post offices and partner points, the possibility of requesting a collection code for parcels with the Pick-up at a Point option to the recipient's telephone number indicated by the sender, the possibility of collecting parcels using the application at partner points (Żabka) and the transformation of the definition of post offices into parcel machines.

Additionally, the following changes have been introduced to the Pocztex regulations:
- clarification of the provisions regarding payment of fees in the case of shipments containing live birds and insects – the service fee is paid only by the sender,
- obliging the sender to indicate the payer's identifier in the case of shipments with the fee transferred to the recipient,
- inclusion of the mandatory posting of parcels sent on Friday by 3:00 p.m. with the additional service " Delivery on Saturday" together with the additional service " Delivery on a specified day" .
The regulations also include provisions effective January 1, 2021. These changes expand the catalog of additional services available on the Kurier 48 service to include: Return Documents, Hand Delivery, Receipt Confirmation, and Content Check, also for shipments sent via standard Kurier 48. Other changes are regulatory in nature.
Change in Pocztex's price list
In the new Price List for the provision of the Pocztex service in domestic trade for individual customers, the amount of all service fees in the following services has changed compared to the previous version of the Price List
- City Courier up to 3 hours,
- City Courier up to 4 hours,
- National Courier,
- Direct Courier.
