Changes to the EMS service
From January 1, 2020, the rules for providing the EMS service will change for shipments sent in special envelopes, i.e. Document Pack and Kilo Pack.
Under the new regulations, Document Pack and Kilo Pack packaging will be treated as handling forms and will be issued free of charge to customers wishing to use the service. Previously, purchasing an envelope was equivalent to paying a service fee.
At the same time, along with the change in envelope classification, the price list for EMS services for individual customers has been modified for shipments sent in Document Pack and Kilo Pack envelopes. EMS services for Document Pack and Kilo Pack envelopes purchased before January 1, 2020, will be provided under the terms and conditions in effect on the date of purchase.
An additional modification introduced as of January 1, 2020 is that a courier can be ordered to collect EMS parcels sent by individual customers only via the form available on the website www.pocztex.pl/zamow-kuriera .
