Changes in the Management Board of the Polish Post Office
On February 15, 2024, by decision of the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska, President Krzysztof Falkowski and Vice President Wiesław Włodek were dismissed from their positions. Vice President Maciej Biernat also resigned. At the same time, the Supervisory Board delegated Supervisory Board member Sebastian Mikosz to serve as President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska.

The priority for the new CEO will be to stabilize the financial situation and create a new framework for the continued operation of a company with a 465-year tradition. Mr. Sebastian Mikosz has extensive managerial experience and a proven track record in effectively managing large market entities. I am convinced that thanks to the commitment of the Polish state, which understands the role and importance of the national postal operator, as well as the postal workers, and thoughtful management decisions, Poczta Polska's situation will improve, " emphasized Paweł Wojciechowski, Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board.
