Residents of Choszczno (West Pomeranian Voivodeship) can use all Poczta Polska services at a modernized post office. Modern decor, a service area with a retail area, and accessibility for people with mobility disabilities – these are just some of the advantages of the modernized Choszczno 1 Post Office at 11 Wolności Street.
One of the postal operator's priorities is to provide customers with access to a network of branches in attractive locations, where they can take advantage of postal, banking, and insurance services. Despite the pandemic, the company is fulfilling its commitments to customers regarding the availability of postal services and the convenience of using the full range of products and services.
The modernized Choszczno branch features a new design, which is being gradually rolled out at Poczta Polska branches across the country and is highly appreciated by postal users. Customers have access to three service desks, where they can handle all their needs from the entire Poczta Polska Group, as well as a retail area. The branch is accessible to people with disabilities, equipped with a ramp for mobility-impaired individuals and lowered work stations.
"We are opening a renovated facility in the center of Choszczno. I'm pleased that our customers will benefit from a comfortable service area with improved access to commercial and philatelic goods. I hope they will appreciate the new and friendly interior. The modernized facility will certainly meet the demand for postal services and will be an important service point," emphasizes Paweł Zaremba, Regional Director of the Polish Post Network in Szczecin.
Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. At the post office, you can send cards, letters, and parcels, use financial services such as deposits and withdrawals, and purchase stamps. You can also open a free account with Bank Pocztowy, take out a loan, or purchase insurance. The Self-Service Shopping Zone offers a wide selection of items: cards, vouchers, envelopes, packaging, newspapers, books, office supplies, as well as gifts, children's items, and sweets.
