Discounts on insurance for farmers
From 7 January 2021, farmers who decide to continue their coverage under the Safe Farmer offer can receive an additional 10% discount for a claim-free insurance record in the previous insurance period.
The beginning of the year is still the best time for farmers to take out compulsory insurance:
- Third party liability insurance for farmers for owning a farm,
- buildings that are part of a farm.
It is also worth noting that under the current discount system, farmers can also obtain a discount on compulsory insurance for farmers:
- for concluding voluntary property insurance,
- due to having other insurance from the AGRO Ubezpieczenia offer.

We remind you that farmers are required to have insurance under the Act on Compulsory Insurance, the Insurance Guarantee Fund, and the Polish Guarantee Insurers' Bureau of May 22, 2003 (Journal of Laws No. 76, item 1152, as amended). The insurance obligation is intended to protect farmers' assets against the most common accidental events (agricultural building insurance) and to protect against the financial consequences of damage caused in connection with the farmer's ownership of a farm (agricultural third party liability insurance).
