Project description
The Logistics Network Architecture (ASL) is one of the most important strategic initiatives of Poczta Polska, enabling the smooth transformation of the current logistics network, adapted mainly to handling letters, to a target network aimed at handling the increasing volume of CEP (courier, express and parcel) and e-commerce shipments.
The implementation of the ASL project aims to modernize Poczta Polska's current logistics network. This will enable the company to achieve its logistics goals, which are one of the pillars of its strategy, in the coming years, and further develop its business in the areas of CEP, e-commerce, logistics, and international services. The project also aims to improve the efficiency (increasing timeliness, network throughput, and optimizing costs related to shipment handling) of the current logistics network.
As part of the ASL project, Poczta Polska will gradually transform its logistics infrastructure from letter to parcel, responding to changes observed in the postal market both in Poland and globally. The capital injection will enable the modernization and construction of logistics centers that will provide modern services for the growing e-commerce market.

Total project value: PLN 16,730,323
Implementation period: 21.03.2022 – 31.12.2022
Project description
In 2022, the digital terrestrial television broadcasting standard will change in Poland, requiring some members of the public to adapt their digital terrestrial television receiving equipment to the new standard. The legislature has provided support for households through the possibility of obtaining a benefit for the purchase of a digital receiver, referred to in the Act of February 24, 2022, on supporting households in bearing the costs associated with the change of the digital terrestrial television broadcasting standard (Journal of Laws, item 501) (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). At the same time, the legislature has deemed it appropriate to allow interested parties to submit applications for benefits for the purchase of a digital receiver not only electronically but also in paper form, which requires the provision of publicly accessible locations where applications can be submitted in person.
The task entitled – “Supporting households in bearing the costs associated with the change of the digital terrestrial television broadcasting standard” is a task resulting from Article 14, paragraph 2, Article 17 and Article 25, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Act, consisting in accepting applications for a benefit for the purchase of a digital receiver, making payments for a document confirming the granting of the benefit to an entrepreneur selling digital receivers and conducting promotional activities regarding the benefit for the purchase of a digital receiver.
