As part of the annual subscription, Poczta Polska provides data in *pdf, *txt, *xls formats along with a search engine mechanism as well as quarterly updates of the Official PNA Directory.

The electronic version of the Official PNA Directory is an ideal solution for secretaries, law firms, and office workers in all types of companies and institutions. It's an effective and easy-to-use tool, particularly useful for mailing companies, public relations agencies, banks, insurance companies, utility providers (gas, heat, and electricity), as well as telecommunications, internet, and television operators—in other words, all our clients who ship large volumes of parcels.

Poczta Polska SA, as the designated operator, also makes the Official PNA Directory available to other postal operators (pursuant to Article 66 of the Postal Law, the designated operator is obligated to provide access to infrastructure elements, including access to the postal code system identifying delivery areas). This obligation is fulfilled by concluding a written agreement, following the prior submission of a written request by the postal operator. A fee is charged for postal operators' access to the Official PNA Directory in electronic form, as specified in the price list. The necessary files are available below, in the DOWNLOADS section.
