Instructions for completing the parcel collection form.

After going to the "Select inquiry subject" form, Collection dates C.

To efficiently organize the collection of your parcels, please fill out all fields carefully and provide the following information in the "Your message" field:

• Company Tax Identification Number: Enter your Tax Identification Number.
• Pick-up location (street, house number, apartment number): enter the exact pickup address.
• Pick-up location (postal code): Please enter the correct postal code.
• Pick-up location (city): enter the city where the pickup should take place.
• Estimated number of shipments: Specify the estimated number of shipments to be collected.
• Estimated shipment weight: Enter the approximate total weight of your shipments.
• Collection date: indicate the frequency – days of the week and hourly interval.
• Dimensions of shipments: enter the length, width and height of the shipments - the most common dimensions of shipments, format.
