Delivery on request
Thanks to the Delivery on Request service, the notified registered parcel will be redelivered to the address indicated on the parcel.
You can choose delivery to the original address within your chosen time frame, during the opening hours of the location delivering the re-notified shipment.
How does it work?
You can order delivery on request in three ways:

online by completing an electronic form ,

by phone from Mon. to Fri. 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.:

by ordering the service from the postman and handing over a printed and completed form, which is available for download here .
The postman only accepts orders for the redelivery of the parcel to the original address.
To order the service, please prepare the following information:
1) shipment number,
2) date of first notification,
3) the address details of the recipient, including e-mail address or telephone number.
The maximum time allowed for ordering a service is 10 days*, counting from the day following the first notification.
*Acceptance of an order for service after 11:00 is treated as received on the next day, excluding Saturdays and public holidays.
What is the deadline for service completion?
No earlier than the next day* , counting from the day of accepting the service order and no later than 14 days, counting from the day following the day of leaving the first advice note
* excluding Saturdays and public holidays.
Delivery on request can be ordered within the following time slots, during post office opening hours:
09:00 – 13:00
13:00 – 15:00
15:00 – 19:00
How much is the fee?
The service fee is PLN 4.50.
Important!!!
The Delivery on Request service does not cover documents in criminal, civil, court-administrative, administrative, tax or violation of public finance discipline proceedings.
