Sending parcels
If you're moving or relocating and want your shipments delivered to a new address , we have the right service for you! With our Redirect service, your shipment will be delivered to the address you specified.
How does it work?
Parcels addressed to your old address will be sent to the new address you provide in the form. Delivery times depend on the type of shipment, e.g., economy letter, priority letter, economy parcel, or priority parcel.
How to use it?
Order the service by completing the online form.
Authenticate your identity through a trusted profile or in person at a post office.
How much is the fee?
PLN 6.00 is charged for submitting a request at a post office
The shipping fee depends on the type of shipment being sent.
Important!!!
Submitting a request using the electronic form requires identity authentication via a trusted profile or in person at the collection point.
The list of facilities where identity confirmation should be made will be sent via electronic communication.
A submitted request will be fulfilled for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission. It is possible to extend the service period, but the period specified in each subsequent request cannot exceed 12 months.
The service does not include
- Letters in criminal, civil, court-administrative, administrative, tax proceedings and letters regarding violation of public finance discipline
- Shipments containing bees and chicks of domestic birds, samples of milk
- PACZEK24, PACZEK48, Paczek+, Pocztex.
