Submitting a request using the electronic form requires identity authentication via a trusted profile or in person at the collection point.
The request is executed from the day following its acceptance until its cancellation.
The request does not include registered items with acknowledgment of receipt or items of a shape/size that prevents them from being placed in a mailbox.
