You can order Pocztex courier using several options:

  • Helpline,
  • Electronic Sender. After saving the shipment, click "Order a courier", complete the form, and submit the order,
  • Via the Pocztex.pl website,
  • Using the Envelo app – envelo.pl. The Envelo app is available for download on Android and iOS.

A shipment can be sent to any address, which doesn't have to be the actual recipient's address. However, it's important that the recipient is present at the address to receive the package.

eZWROT is an online form that supports your customers in the returns process. After selecting your store, customers will generate an address label for their returned shipment and then drop it off at one of over 4,500 Poczta Polska locations .
