Shipment parameters

The parameters of parcels sent to the Pocztex PUNKT network of collection points have been adjusted to maximize their ease of handling and storage at the points. For senders, this means greater delivery efficiency and fewer returns.

Parcel collection and shipping points

Points:
    • Pocztex Point,
    • Post offices,
    • Shops: Żabka, ABC, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, Groszek, Arhelan, Duży Ben and Euro Sklep.
Formats:

S, M, L,

Maximum permissible dimensions:
42 x 40 x 65 cm (L format).

For cylindrical parcels sent as non-standard:
20 cm (diameter) x 65 cm (length).

Permissible weight

Maximum:

20 kg.

When sending parcels for collection at Pocztex PUNKT, you can use the following services and options:

    • cash on delivery for the Żabka chain (maximum amount PLN 4,000),
    • declaration of value 100 PLN,
    • carefully,
    • insurance,
    • non-standard shipments.
