We would like to inform you that the Postal Mutual Insurance Company has updated the General Terms and Conditions of Insurance for Parcels sent by Business Customers and eCommerce Company Parcels due to the change of the correspondence address to which damages should be reported in writing.
From March 15, 2021, the address for submitting written complaints is:
