This June, the personal mailbox in the mObywatel app will enable easy and convenient access to official correspondence. Receiving, creating, and sending messages via e-Delivery is a new feature available in mObywatel. App users can now explore another dimension of the digital world of government services.
This new functionality will allow you to receive and manage official correspondence without the need for additional services. Thanks to integration with mObywatel, users will have quick access to their e-Delivery services in the app they use every day.
This solution means:

Polish Post is part of the digital transformation
As a reminder, since January 1, 2026, e-Delivery has been the primary channel for electronic communication between public entities and citizens and businesses. It is the digital equivalent of registered mail, ensuring full legal validity and security of transmitted documents.
Poczta Polska, as the operator of the e-Delivery system, plays a key role in this process. The development of additional features in popular services such as mObywatel (mCitizen) ensures that the solution reaches a growing number of users and becomes a natural way to contact the administration.
