Announcement after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On June 26, 2019, a meeting of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Poczta Polska SA was held, sanctioning, as of June 27, 2019, the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 4th joint term of office, composed of:

• Przemysław Sypniewski, President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA,
• Grzegorz Kurdziel, Vice President of the Management Board for Sales,
• Paweł Przychodzen, Vice President of the Management Board for Logistics,
• Tomasz Janka, Vice President of the Management Board for Development,
• Tomasz Cicirko, Vice President of the Management Board for Finance,
• Andrzej Bodziony, vice-president of the management board (elected in the elections to represent Poczta Polska SA employees on the Company's Management Board).

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders also adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Leszek Gawarecki as a member of the Supervisory Board, who will take the place of Mr. Andrzej Bodziony elected to the Management Board.
