Current work of post offices
In line with further government guidelines, Poczta Polska is adjusting the operations of individual post offices. Currently, opening hours have been extended at over 2,800 locations, while approximately 40% of offices have returned to their weekday opening hours prior to the introduction of the state of epidemic threat.
Regardless of the situation, while maintaining all safety considerations, the Company has been extending its customer service hours since April of this year. Further normalization, including extending customer service hours, will occur gradually and will depend on government guidelines and the safety of all postal service users.
Additionally, to meet social expectations, Poczta Polska has introduced new, simplified ways of providing certain services.
