From October 1, ADE is mandatory for entrepreneurs
As of October 1, 2026, businesses are required to have an active Electronic Delivery Address (ADE). E-Delivery is the digital equivalent (but free of charge) of registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, used for official correspondence with public administration.
Poczta Polska, as the designated operator of the e-Delivery system, allows you to set up an Electronic Delivery Address online free of charge.
