Poczta Polska has just unveiled an app with access to free e-Delivery and commercial e-Poleconymail. This implementation further simplifies daily activities for the national operator's customers.

Every day, each of us has a multitude of matters to attend to, values our time, and dislikes wasting it on official or administrative formalities. Therefore, public administration and businesses should adapt to citizens' lifestyles and meet their needs. The new "Poczta Polska" mobile app will help with this.

"The launch of the Poczta Polska application is another important step aimed at simplifying everyday activities for individual and business customers ," says Kinga Dobrzyń, Director of the Digital Products Office at Poczta Polska.
" Users will have access to their digital registered letters, especially e-Registered, a service enabling contact with businesses and individuals. Using the application will significantly save time spent sending traditional correspondence or receiving advice notes."

The first stage of application implementation involves accessing the delivery mailbox and e-Poleconyand e -Delivery. What are the differences between these two categories? The former is a commercial digital registered letter sent between companies, individuals, or between companies and individuals. E-Delivery enables communication with public offices. Both services allow you to receive correspondence electronically, without the need to visit a post office. They provide sender and recipient identification, proof of sending and receipt, and confirmation of the exact time of each event in the process, giving them legal validity unlike regular email. The service provider is Poczta Polska.

Using a new smartphone app, you can send and receive digital registered letters without leaving home. The app is free to download from the Play and App Store. It's a simple yet feature-rich solution designed for citizens, public trust professionals, and business owners.

The app offers unlimited access 24/7 and free notifications for every new shipment.

The next stage of application development is to further provide access to other email services

To make everyday activities as easy as possible for customers, the Poczta Polska app will gradually be expanded with new features. Ultimately, it will enable the use of both traditional and e-mail services. This will allow various types of postal services to be managed easily and securely using a single app on your phone.
