Appointment of the Management Board for the 6th joint term
The Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA appointed the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 6th joint term of office.
As of 1 June 2026, the Management Board consists of:
- Ms. Magdalena Gaj – President of the Management Board,
- Mr. Sławomir Żurawski – Vice President of the Management Board for Operations,
- Mr. Marek Mąkosa – Vice President of the Management Board for Sales,
- Mr. Grzegorz Latosiński – Vice-President of the Management Board for IT.
At the same time, the Supervisory Board informs that the qualification procedure for the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance has not been resolved.
