We are starting recruitment for the second edition of the Postal Career Academy

What do internships look like?
During your internship, you'll learn by doing. You'll be given real-world tasks. You'll have access to the knowledge and experience of experts who are eager to share practical tips and demonstrate what it's like to work day-to-day at Poczta Polska. This will be an opportunity for you to test yourself in a new environment and gain experience that will pay off in the future.
Who do we invite to participate?
The program is aimed at final-year students and graduates up to 30 years of age, who can begin their internship in July. We're looking for individuals who are quick learners, communicative, well-organized, and enjoy collaborating with others.
Program stages
Applying to the Postal Career Academy involves a few simple steps. First, you submit your CV, outlining your interests and potential. A recruiter will then contact you to discuss your application and mutual expectations.
The next step is a recruitment meeting, during which we'll get to know each other better. In some cases, you may be given a short assignment that will allow you to test yourself in practice and see sample challenges. After completing the formalities, you'll sign a contract and begin your internship, getting to know your team and your mentor.
During the program, you'll develop, gain experience, and receive regular feedback. At the end, we'll summarize your internship, discuss the results, and discuss possible avenues for further collaboration.
