We are expanding the functionality of the Send a Parcel application
Poczta Polska has expanded its Nadaj Przesyłki (Send a Parcel) with additional functionality. Previously, customers could prepare and generate labels for Pocztex and Paczka+ courier shipments themselves; now they can also do the same for domestic shipments sent via the Paczka Pocztowa service. Thanks to the new solution, customers can choose a convenient shipping option based on their needs, starting from just PLN 8.99. Furthermore, digital customers pay less and save time by sending through one of the 550 windows dedicated to serving customers using electronic services.
The Nadaj Przesyłki (Send Parcel) application, available on the Poczta Polska website, allows you to enter the necessary shipping information, estimate the shipment's cost, and print an address label. Dropping off a package at a post office is very simple. Simply hand the package over to an employee who will enter the shipment code and accept the shipment and payment without any additional formalities. Using the application shortens your post office visit, thereby increasing security.
Until the end of December, anyone who sends their parcels via the Paczka+ service using the electronic app can count on an additional discount. Fees start at just 8.99 PLN.
Additionally, Poczta Polska has opened 550 post offices with dedicated windows to serve customers sending or receiving parcels. Thanks to specially designated windows in major Polish cities, customers can drop off parcels without waiting in line.
