Weekend technical breaks in Poczta+ and eReklamacje
On Saturday, you may experience problems accessing ereklamacje.poczta-polska.pl. On Sunday, Poczta+ will be unavailable due to maintenance.
Technical work is planned for two systems this weekend:
- eReklamacje – on Saturday, October 24, between 10:00 PM and 11:25 PM, you may experience difficulties accessing the ereklamacje.poczta-polska.pl website. This work is related to adapting the complaints handling process for international parcels.
- Poczta+ – On Sunday, October 25, from 00:00 to 04:00, the system will be unavailable due to maintenance and installation of security patches.
