Results of the qualification procedures for the positions of Vice Presidents of Poczta Polska
The Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA has completed the qualification procedures for the positions of Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 6th joint term of office for finance and for real estate assets.
As a result of the proceedings, the Supervisory Board adopted resolutions on:
- appointment of Mr. Jacek Fijałkowski to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 6th joint term of office, responsible for finance, as of 1 July 2026,
- appointment of Mr. Maciej Klukowski to the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for the 6th joint term of office in charge of real estate assets, effective June 16, 2026.
After the new Vice-Presidents take up their duties, the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA of the 6th joint term of office will consist of the following persons:
- Magdalena Gaj – President of the Management Board,
- Jacek Fijałkowski – Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance,
- Maciej Klukowski – Vice President of the Management Board for Real Estate Assets,
- Grzegorz Latosiński – Vice President of the Management Board for IT,
- Marek Mąkosa – Vice President of the Management Board for Sales,
- Sławomir Żurawski – Vice President of the Management Board for Operations.
