Suspension of acceptance of postal items to Mongolia
Poczta Polska (Polish Post) announces that air carriers have imposed an embargo on the transport of shipments to Mongolia due to a shortage of aviation fuel in Mongolia, which is impacting capacity availability and the performance of cargo and postal transport. This situation is causing significant disruptions to shipment transport and a high risk of delays and accumulation at transit ports. No date has been set for the restoration of full cargo and mail transport capacity to Mongolia at this time.
Due to the above, from August 13, 2026 until further notice, the acceptance of all parcels addressed to Mongolia by Poczta Polska is suspended.
Current information regarding the implementation of postal services to Mongolia will be published on an ongoing basis on the website of Poczta Polska.
