Changes in the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA
On August 12 this year, by decision of the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska SA, changes were made to the composition of the Management Board of Poczta Polska.
As of August 13, 2020, Wiesław Włodek will join the Management Board as Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for Training. As of August 14, Supervisory Board Member Krzysztof Falkowski has been delegated to temporarily serve as Member of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA.
Furthermore, as of August 12, 2020, Paweł Przychodzeń resigned from his position as Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for Logistics. At the same time, the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to initiate the recruitment process for the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska SA for Operations.
