Parcel storage
Our parcel storage service allows your correspondence to be safely stored at the post office for collection. We can store it for up to four weeks after the first delivery attempt.
How does it work?
We store parcels at our facility for a maximum of 14 days, counting from the day following the collection deadline.
The service is dedicated to notified unregistered shipments (e.g. standard letters that do not fit into the mailbox) and registered shipments (e.g. registered letters, parcels), excluding:
- Postal items sent under special rules, e.g. the Code of Administrative Procedure, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Tax Ordinance
- Pocztex, PACZKI24, PACZKI48
- Packages containing bees and domestic fowl chicks and milk samples
How to use it?
Order the service by completing the online form.
Authenticate your identity through a trusted profile or in person at a post office.
A paper version of the request form can be:
- Receive at a post office or
- Download from the Polish Post website
The printed and completed form can be submitted in person at a post office or given to the postman.
How much is the fee?
There is no fee for submitting a request via the electronic form. A one-time fee of PLN 6.00 is charged for submitting a request at a post office
The fee for storing parcels depends on the period of storage of the parcel and is charged each time the stored parcel is collected according to the prices included in the price list.
Example storage prices per day:
PLN 0.50 for domestic letters,
PLN 2.00 for parcels.
