This way you can ship larger or heavier goods, industrial goods excluding unhandled ADR goods and perishable products listed in the List of Goods Excluded from Transport .
Pallet Shipment Direct Transport
This service is for a shipment occupying an area of 8.01 to 20 pallet spaces or weighing from 6,500.01 kg to 16,500 kg*
*Exceeding at least one of the specified shipment parameters will result in a change of shipment type.
is a service for a shipment occupying an area of more than 20 pallet spaces or weighing more than 16,500 kg.
Dimensions and weight
As part of the Domestic Pallet Shipment you can send:
A loading unit enabling mechanical reloading, i.e. a pallet or other transport item with a structure that allows for safe and damage-free reloading using a forklift or pallet truck with the participation of one person with the following parameters:

- maximum dimensions of the pallet base: length 1.2 m, width 1.2 m
- maximum height: 2.1 m including pallet or collective packaging
- maximum permissible actual weight: 1,000 kg
A loading unit without the possibility of mechanical reloading, i.e. a pallet or other transport item secured in transport packaging, with the following maximum parameters:

- maximum permissible actual weight up to 30 kg
- volume up to 0.5 m3
- the longest side cannot exceed 2.4 m
- number of loading units in the shipment up to 8 pcs. (does not apply to Pallet Shipment, Direct Transport, Full Truck Load Shipment)
Thanks to our extensive infrastructure, we can deliver shipments to any location in Poland.
Shipments are delivered according to the "Delivery Schedule." Typically, shipments to most locations are delivered within 1 business day after shipment.
In addition to the basic service, we provide a number of additional services to increase the convenience of deliveries, e.g.:

- preferred delivery times
- SMS notification
- electronic return documents (e-ROD) and paper return documents (ROD)
- return of pallets
- cash on delivery (COD)
The entire order can be tracked online. Customers awaiting delivery can also monitor the delivery status.
The service fee is determined individually.
Fuel surcharge rate applicable to the Domestic Pallet Shipment service
in the period from March 16, 2026 to March 22, 2026: 39%
The fuel surcharge is a tool that allows for adjustments to the fees for providing the Domestic Pallet Shipment service depending on changes in market fuel prices – as a component of transportation costs. To ensure predictability of transportation costs for customers collaborating with Poczta Polska in the area of logistics services, as of March 9, 2026. This system will more accurately reflect dynamic changes in fuel prices and ensure greater cost transparency.
The base price used to calculate the fuel adjustment index is the average wholesale price of ON Ekodiesel from January 2005, which was PLN 2,456.61. The fuel surcharge is effective from the beginning of the week following the week in which the average wholesale price of ON Ekodiesel (based on data from Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A.) changes by 4% (or a multiple of 4%) compared to the base price. In such a case, fees for the KPP service are adjusted by 1% (or a multiple of 1%) compared to the base price. The fuel surcharge is settled on a weekly basis and accrues on the day the transport order is placed. The fuel surcharge for the Domestic Pallet Shipment service is added to the basic net price for the shipment.
Poczta Polska SA reserves the right to change the calculation methodology and the fuel surcharge rate, depending on changes in the fuel market, including wholesale prices of ON Ekodiesel published on the website of Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen SA
As of February 1, 2026, the road toll rate applicable to the Domestic Pallet Shipment service will change to 15,37%.
Due to the expansion of the national road network covered by electronic toll 1 February 2026 Poczta Polska is adjusting the road toll rate 1 February 2026
The road toll is added to the fee for the Domestic Pallet Shipment service. It constitutes additional remuneration for services performed on roads subject to electronic toll collection, as well as on toll motorways and expressways. The road toll is calculated by multiplying the basic net freight charge specified in Chapter I of the Price List by the current toll rate. The road toll expressed as a net value is subject to an increase of 23% VAT.
