Bartosz Roman
- Coordinator
- Sales Office
I started working at Poczta Polska (Polish Post) in the back office. Later, I worked as a postman, a shift manager at a post office, and a delivery specialist. Currently, I'm a sales and sales network coordinator in one of the sales regions. I feel that during my 19 years at Poczta Polska, I've gotten to know the company very well and learned a great deal. Using my own example, Poczta Polska offers significant development opportunities for those who want to develop and don't want to spend their entire lives performing the same tasks.
In addition to my daily work in my unit, I train other employees and serve as an internal trainer. As a member of the company's Sports and Tourism Committee, I organize recreational and sporting events for employees. For many years, I've also had the pleasure of co-hosting the official celebration of the postal holiday – Signal Officer's Day – with a colleague from the company. Each year, several events are held across Poland. Each event attracts several hundred people, and the event script can be as long as dozens of pages.
My life's passion is sports. After work, I often slip into my sportswear and pursue my passion as an amateur athlete. I'm also a soccer coach at the "ZŁOTE LWICE" Girls' Soccer Academy.
This soccer academy for girls aged three and up promotes physical activity and helps develop their athletic passions.

I've been working at Poczta Polska (Polish Post) for six years, always in the parcels industry, so I have many personal observations from various positions. I started my career sorting courier shipments, international parcels, and oversized shipments (those exceeding standard dimensions). Later, I was the chief warehouseman, and currently I'm a shift manager, responsible for a team of employees sorting KEP shipments at the Zabrze sorting facility.
