Sławomir Żurawski
A manager with over 25 years of experience managing complex operational and logistics structures. An expert in business model transformation and scaling operations in the demanding CEP and e-commerce markets. As Acting President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska, he is responsible for the strategic transformation of the national operator, focusing on logistics efficiency, cost optimization, and the development of a modern architecture for digital and courier services. He is a co-author of the Company's Transformation Plan, which combines the public mission with market-oriented business discipline. He built his career from the ground up within Poczta Polska, giving him unique, practical knowledge of every level of the organization. He also gained managerial and strategic experience in the private sector and the TSL industry (including PKP Cargo, Laude Smart Intermodal, and Elplast+), where he was responsible for business development and supply chain integration. A graduate of the Executive MBA program at Leon Kozminski University, he is a certified change leader focused on building resilient and modern organizations.

I've been working at Poczta Polska (Polish Post) for six years, always in the parcels industry, so I have many personal observations from various positions. I started my career sorting courier shipments, international parcels, and oversized shipments (those exceeding standard dimensions). Later, I was the chief warehouseman, and currently I'm a shift manager, responsible for a team of employees sorting KEP shipments at the Zabrze sorting facility.
