Together for health

Telegram Care is a program created for Polish Post employees who want to work together to take care of their health and well-being. Together with your team, you can organize classes, acquire sports equipment, participate in webinars and… feel better (even on Monday!).

Idea

Health is about daily choices, physical activity, and knowing how to best care for yourself and your loved ones. TELEGRAM CARES supports employees and their loved ones in building better living conditions through preventative measures and guarantees that protect health and life.

Goals

Promoting a healthy lifestyle through physical activity,
Increasing first aid knowledge and skills
Providing education in the area of health and life

How do we operate?

The program is aimed at: Employees - individually and in groups
We support: physical activities, purchase of sports equipment, rental of sports halls
We initiate first aid training and webinars on health and a healthy lifestyle.
Through education we support the care for health and life safety

How do I apply for the program?
