Telegram of Care is a program of the Poczta Polska Group Foundation addressed to employees of all Group companies. Its goal is to systematically support health, safety, and well-being.
The program is implemented in cooperation with partners: Bank Pocztowy, Poczta Polska Finanse, and the LUX MED Group.

Since 2026, the Care Telegram has been operating as a series of regular online meetings devoted to preventive health care, safety, relationships, and responsible financial and insurance management.

Idea

The Care Telegram is based on the premise that caring for health and safety requires constant access to reliable knowledge and the ability to consult with specialists. The program combines education with practical support, enabling employees to make informed decisions regarding their health, family life, and financial security.

It is a long-term tool that organizes health-promoting and educational activities into a coherent, regular and accessible format.

Goals

  • Promoting preventive healthcare and regular check-ups
  • Increasing awareness of physical and mental health
  • Supporting safety in private and professional life
  • Facilitating access to specialist consultations
  • Building awareness of personal finance and insurance
  • Creating systemic support for employee well-being

How do we operate?

  • The program is implemented in the formula of the "Hour for Yourself" cycle, which includes:
    • monthly, one-hour online webinars on the ClickMeeting platform,
    • after each webinar, the possibility of individual telephone consultations with specialists,
    • access to meetings for all Employees via a link sent by email and posters with a QR code enabling quick login.
  • Webinars are led by experts from the LUX MED Group and specialists from Bank Pocztowy and Poczta Polska Finance – depending on the topic of the meeting.

After each webinar, employees can take advantage of individual telephone consultations, conducted between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

How to participate

Information about webinar dates and meeting links are sent to employees via email. Additionally, posters with QR codes are available in organizational units, allowing quick access to the webinar platform.

Detailed instructions for signing up for individual telephone consultations are provided before each meeting.

The program is available to all Poczta Polska Group employees.
