Uprzejmie informujemy, że można się spodziewać opóźnień w doręczaniu wszystkich rodzajów przesyłek pocztowych, w tym przesyłek EMS, na terenie Chile. Powodem jest strajk służb celnych w Chile, który rozpoczął się 20 maja 2015.
Większość przesyłek (zwłaszcza tych, w których nadawca zamieścił coś innego niż list) jest kontrolowana przez urząd celny importowy w Santiago. Ponieważ urząd ten obecnie strajkuje, Poczta Polska nie może zagwarantować doręczeń przesyłek EMS do Chile w oferowanych terminach.

The delays in delivery of postals items and EMS in Chile
Poczta Polska regrets to inform that delays in the delivery of all types of mail including EMS items in Chile are expected due to the ongoing strike of customs in Chile from 20 May 2015. Most of the items (especially, items with the contents of goods), in the first place when they arrive to Chile, are controlled by import customs office in Santiago. In view of the above, Poczta Polska can not guarantee the delivery of EMS items in Chile in the offered terms.
After receiving the official information about the end of the strike of customs in Chile from Chile Post, Poczta Polska will publish such information immediately.
